Peace and many blessings everyone!
Happiness is guaranteed to us all, when we cultivate true joy in our lives. So, it is truly a blessing and my honour to help individuals break the cycles of ill health and distress.
We all know that we can not break harmful cycles in a day. Therefore my true joy is seeing African, Caribbean people optimising their natural resources to reclaim their happiness and succeed in life.
Their determination and growth empowers my learning and my appreciation for others.

Founding Director Wendy Brotherson
The act of nature is inter-dependent in so many ways. When we give up our time and energy to gardening, caring for our plant life and being in natural environments.
Nature will reward us with flourishing herbs, food, vitamins and minerals that we need to survive.
So why not appreciate the values of connecting with nature and invest in therapeutic tranquil nature spaces.
Tranquil spaces, nature and therapy has lead me on a path of my self-discovery. It has inspired my need to learn from our elders and impart my growing knowledge and caring for green spaces onto others.
I endeavour to cherish, nourish and deeply nurture our community who are in need of nature’s support.
The symbiotic relationship is vital in our life because nature is working to enhance our mental, spiritual and physical health.
