The Enlightening Words Of A Self Sustaining Elder
“I truly enjoy planting all kinds of foods and seeing them grow. When you reap them you are eating nice fresh food
“MAN! it taste nice.”
Associate Apiarist
The apiary produces honey which has a rich full-bodied taste with subtle hints of toffee.
Our bees are raised naturally without chemical treatments, antibiotics and/or GMO substitutes, just as my elders inspired me to do.
The honey is extracted manually, filtered through a stainless-steel strainer, bottled without heat treatment (pasteurisation), and packed by hand into jars. This caring responsible approach makes each jar of honey special to us.
