“The art of growing organic food and herbs is the essence of a well-balanced, life.”

(Sankofa Healing Creative Arts CIC)

We are simply a product of nature and without our vitality, families will wither in the same way as plants without their nutrients and water to survive.

Therapeutic Tranquil Nature is founded by Wendy who is a BACP Integrative Therapist. Wendy has extensive knowledge, and experience in growing her own foods, herbs and creating natural adaptable gardening spaces.

Our mission is to offer a wide range of on-site therapeutic and educational natural surroundings for African, Caribbean people to enjoy the simplicities of:

  • organic gardening

  • Growing your own food

  • Growing your own herbs.

We aim to restore your love for being outdoors, and learn the different ways that nature can heal us

Rethinking Your Gardening Spaces.

Our nature spaces are based upon the philosophy of each one teaches one, and a strong emphasis on people playing a vital role with adequate knowledge to sustain their growing methods, ideas and skills.

Our vision is to cultivate generations of gardening and natural herbs with the insightful wisdoms that have been handed down from our gardening elders.

The Nature services will inspire communities to reconnect with nature. and learn the art of growing food and herbs.

The Wisdom Words Of A Self- Sustaining Elder

“I truly enjoy planting all kinds of foods and seeing them grow. When you reap them you are eating nice fresh food.

“MAN! it taste nice you see!.”

Our Associate Apiarist

The apiary produces honey which has a rich full-bodied taste with subtle hints of toffee.

Our bees are raised naturally without chemical treatments, antibiotics and/or GMO substitutes, just as my elders inspired me to do.

The honey is extracted manually, filtered through a stainless-steel strainer, bottled without heat treatment (pasteurisation), and packed by hand into jars. This caring responsible approach makes each jar of honey special to us.
