A Community Black Identity Arts Workshop Experience.

Sankofa Healing Creative Arts was a great choice! Qet Nefert’s planning and delivery of culturally-appropriate drama sessions online for the 11 children of diverse ages and backgrounds was outstanding.

The facilitative qualities got them to feel great about their Black identity, and got them celebrating, through drama they're experience of 'I am' and 'I can'. WE would definitely use her services again".

The Pressures Of Racial Trauma

“Engaging in drama therapy and not having to speak directly about my internalised experiences of racial trauma.. Helped me to recover quicker because I did not want to go through the pain or suffering of re-living the situation all over again”

The Client’s experience

Body Wellness Eczema

The first lockdown is the worst experience of having to not take care of my eczema. I was itching everywhere and mum had to get stuff to stop the itching.  Therapy helped me realised how to not stress out and be depressed about eczema.

One day I got fed up because of my eczema, and not doing anything but sit at home. Qet Nefert told me to do things (like gym, going with friends and relaxing outside) that I used to do before the second lockdown.  It helped me to go out more again, It made me happy less bored and made me wanted to look after my eczema.”
