We are offering anyone hour interactive online private pain sessions for Caribbean and African adults and elders.

My sessions have taught me that you cannot leave what we go through when we experience pain or trauma in the body.

Soothe The Pain’ emphases the importance of not ignoring what I have considered to be small symptoms. Because in the longer term this could lead to bigger problems with my body. I have thoroughly enjoyed the sessions they have motivated me to participate in the next phase of my Soothe The Pain journey.
